5:00 - 6:00 Poultry Check- in (Pullorum Testing)
5:00 - 7:00 - Open Class Garden Exhibits Accepted
6:00 – 8:00 - Sheep and Goat Weigh In
7:30 - Open Class Garden Judging
7:00-9:00 Beef Weigh in
9:00 - All animals must be on the grounds
